    ITALIAN TECHNOLOGY SINCE 1969

    Mazzoni was founded in 1969 as a small, family-managed workshop that operated in a facility with a floor area of only 250 square meters.
    Because of the commitment and professionalism of the founders and collaboration of highly specialized staff, business growth rose steadily, reaching the excellent results as seen today.

    In Cavriago (Province of Reggio Emilia) Mazzoni covers an area of over 20,000 square meters: this is where, with a highly qualified team and high standard equipment, the company produces machines and components for industrial cleaning.
    This is thanks to the know-how that has been created over time producing high pressure washers. For over 50 years we have put respect for work first, understood as a duty but also as a pleasure to create, and respect for the customer, with which the Mazzoni company establishes direct and honest relations.

    In 1996 the company expanded its operations to include the industrial cleaning market. This highly competitive, dynamic sector has required not only improvements in technical skills, but also significant growth in terms of flexibility, innovation and development.

    Mazzoni S.r.l. is a strong player in its market and now one of the world’s largest manufacturers of cleaning machines and components (pumps, motors and heaters).

    Pressure washers built by the company are aimed at professional and industrial uses.
    Only by working carefully on every detail can you ensure optimum performance, durability and effective solutons to cleaning problems.

    THE TECHNICAL OFFICE

    Mazzoni technicians choose only the best for their customers: ceramic pistons for high-pressure pumps, standard joints in all high-performance electric motors, boilers with increased coil thickness, resinated electrical boards, by-pass valve with external micro-switch and many other details that make our product unique.

    THE FACTORY - 20.000m2

    In Cavriago in the province of Reggio Emilia, in a productive context important, our factory is located at a high content technological: equipped with numerically controlled machines and warehouse of the latest generation. This is to ensure fast first-person assistance and speed of delivery.

    THE PRODUCTION

    Mazzoni invests in technological research and the use of high-quality materials, which can guarantee the maximum in terms of professionalism, efficiency and respect for the environment. The materials used in the Cavriago plant, the boiler fumes, the reduced noise emissions and in general the entire production comply with European regulations.

    THE WAREHOUSE

    Mazzoni pensa al futuro ed investe molto in nuove tecnologie: abbiamo terminato da poco un nuovo magazzino alto 16 mt con sistema TRASLO automatico che contiene circa 5000 posti pallet. Disponiamo anche di diversi magazzini verticali automatici per i ricambi. Tutto questo garantisce precisione e consegna rapida dei nostri prodotti.
